Professor Richard Anderson

Richard Anderson is Elsie Inglis Professor of Clinical Reproductive Science, and Head of Section, Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Edinburgh.
He has long-standing experience in clinical research in male and female reproductive endocrinology. His group was the first to show that kisspeptin administration to men increases luteinising hormone pulse frequency, with more recent work exploring the interaction between kisspeptin and neurokinin B in the control of reproduction in men and women.
